Williamson, Gaydos, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4~09 BY: Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for liquid chlorine for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />April 1, 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of PUblic Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of liquid chlorine for a period of <br />one (1) year commencing April 1, 1963, with the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to law~ <br /> <br /> Section 2~ That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the May~r. <br /> <br />Adopted: ......
