Gaydos; Huffman, <br /> Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Williamson. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing The Cleveland Tran- <br />sit SYstem to erect bus shelters at locations in the City of <br />Lakewood erelnafter designated and subject to the conditions <br /> h ' <br />hereafter contained. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure in that it provides for the immediate preservation of <br />the public safety and welfare and for the usual daily opera- <br />tion of a municipal department; now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That The Cleveland Transit System be and it <br /> hereby is authorized to erect bus shelters at the following lo- <br />~.cations on the Clifton Blvd. bus lines in-bound in the City of <br /> Lakewood: <br /> <br /> Sloane Avenue and West Clifton Blvd. <br /> Webb Road <br /> Summit Avenue <br /> French Avenue <br /> Warren Road <br /> Bunts Road <br /> Nicholson Avenue <br /> Cove Avenue <br /> Fry Avenue <br /> Northwest corner of Belle and Clifton <br /> (Warren Road bus line) <br /> <br />The Cleveland Transit System shall maintain and keep the afore- <br />said shelters in a condition reasonably free from debris, shall <br />be responsible for the removal of snow in and in front of same <br />during the winter season, and shall remove any or all of said <br />shelters at such time as the City of Lakewood may direct. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members etected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immedi&tely upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />Presiden~ <br /> <br />Approved. <br /> <br />'Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
