Williamson, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director <br />of Public ~orks to enter into a contractfor <br />the purchase of one (1) ne~ dump truck for the DiviSion of <br />Refuse Collection and Disposal, Department Of Public Works~ <br /> <br /> ~'~EREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure in that it provides for the immediate preservation of <br />the public safety and ~Jelfare and for the usual dally operation <br />of a municipal department~ no%% therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE cITY OF LAKEWOOD~ <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Directo~ of Public Wo~s be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract for the purchase of one (!) ne~ dump truck, and <br />for the sale of one used, 1937 ~ite dump truck as a trade-in <br />on such ne,~ vehicle, ~ ith the lowest and best bidder <br />after advertisement according to la~. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
