Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Lawther. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of fire hydrants and <br />fire hydrant parts for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />January l, 1964o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a munici- <br />pal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1~ That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />requirement contract for the purchase of the necessary items <br />of fire hydrants and fire hydrant parts for a period of one <br />(1) year commencing January 1, 1964, with the lowest and <br />best bidder after advertisement according to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 24 That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adop- <br />tion and approval by the Mayor° <br /> <br />Adopted: December 2, 1963 <br /> <br />Approved: ?ecember 6, 1963.. <br /> <br />Robert M.
