Graber to ~he position of Director of Finance. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of Mr. <br />Richard A. Graber to the position of Director of Finance~ <br />effective January 1, 1964~ be and the same is hereby approved <br />by this Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
