RESOLUTION NO. 4303 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Huf£man. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and <br />directing the Director of Public Works to enter <br />into a requirement contract for traffic paint for a <br />period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1964. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an <br />emergency measure providing for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works <br />be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />a requirement contract for the purchase of ~raffic paint <br />for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1964, <br />with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement <br />according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this resolution is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons <br />stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all member elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: February 17,. 1964 <br /> <br />John Gaydos~ Jr. <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: February 21, 1964 <br /> <br /> Robert M.
