RESOLUTION NO. 4304 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Ward, Wendling, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement <br />contract for liquod chlorine for a period of one (1) year <br />commencing April 1, 1964o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />requirement Contract for the purchase of liquid chlorine <br />for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1964 <br />with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement <br />according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this resolution is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons <br />stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor~ <br /> <br />Adopted: February 1?, 1964 <br /> John Gaydos, Jr. <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: February 21, 1964 <br /> <br /> Robert M. <br /> ~ayor <br /> <br />Mary Adams <br /> Acting clerk <br /> <br />Lawther <br /> <br /> <br />
