RESOLUTION NO. 4306 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of <br />Mr. Vernon R. Burt, as a mer~ber of the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, for the five-year term beginning <br />January 1, 1964. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. <br />Vernon R. Burt, as a member of the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals for the five-year term beginning January 1, <br />1964, is hereby approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article XVI of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
