Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman~ Usher. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for <br />the resurfacing and relighting of seven (7) tennis courts <br />located in Lakewood Park in the City of Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now~ therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he hereby is authorized to enter into a contract, not to ex- <br />ceed $30,000.00~ for the resurfaeing and relighting of seven <br />(7) tennis courts located in Lakewood Park in the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, with the lowest and best bidders after adver- <br />tisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
