RESOLUTION NO. 4350 By: <br /> <br />Messrs'. Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling. <br /> <br /> ~ RESOLUTION requesting the fiscal officer to furnish certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood~ 0hio~ contemplates <br />issuing $51,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of paying the costs of <br />improving Lakewood Hospital~ including improvements to the hot water heating <br />system and remodeling of the housing therefor~ <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood~ Cuyahoga County~ Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of such improvements and <br />remodeling and the m~imummaturity of bonds and notes calculated in accor- <br />dance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
