RESOLUTION NO. 4364 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Wendling, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement <br />for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating accessory <br />stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink for <br />a period of one (1) year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health and for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart. <br />ment~ now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating <br />Rink, with the highest and best bidder, for a period of one <br />(1) year, after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
