Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract or con- <br />tracts for the purchase of the necessary requirements of <br />valves and pipe fittings for the year 1965 for use in the <br />Division of Water° <br /> <br /> W~REAS, ~nis resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public propert~ <br />and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA/(EWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />or contracts for the purchase of the necessary requirements <br />of valves and pipe fittings for the year 1965 for use in the <br />Division of Water, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders <br />after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
