RESOLUTION NO. 4380 BY: Messrs. Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Bennett, Gaydos. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION to name the <br />municipal swimming pool, located in Lakewood Park, <br />the "Charles A. Foster Pool." <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles A. Foster has performed <br />outstanding service to the City of Lakewood in the <br />furtherance of various recreational activities in <br />the City for a period of over thirty (34 years, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Council of the City of <br />Lakewood desires to recognize said long and valuable <br />service and express its deep appreciation and grati- <br />tude therefore; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Council of the City <br />of Lakewood, personally and collectively, and on be- <br />half of the government and citizens of the City hereby <br />expresses its deep appreciation and gratitade to Charles <br />Ao Foster for his faithful, devoted and outstanding <br />service to the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this Council in recognition <br />of said service and in order to honor said Charles Ao <br />Foster for such outstanding service in the furtherance <br />of recreational activities within this City, hereby <br />declares that from this day forward, the municipal <br />swimming pool, located in Lakewood Park, shall be <br />known as the "Charles Ao Foster Pool"o <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is <br />hereby directed and instructed to forward a duly adopted <br />and signed copy of this resolution to Charles A~ Foster. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
