Messrs. Huffman, Usher, RESOLUTION NO. 4385 BY: Ward, Wendling, Bennett, Cain, Gaydo~. A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. WHEREAS, This Council in accordance with the provisions of law has previously adopted a tax budget for the next sucCeed- ing fiscal year commencing January 1, 1965; and WHEREAS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council to- gether with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof is without, and what part is within, the 10 mill tax lim- itation; therefore, be it RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO: Section 1. That the amounts and rates, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted. Section 2. That there be and is hereby levied on the duplicate of said City the rate of each tax necessary to be levied within and without the ten mill limitation as follows: tax WITHIN THE 10 MILL LIMITATION: AMOUNT MILLS Bond Retirement Fund $ 190,950.00 1.08 General Fund 316,482.00 1.79 Firemen's Relief & Pen. That the Clerk of this Council be ands he is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of said County. Section 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor and at the ear- liest period allowed by law.
