RESOLU IO <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authoriz lng and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement con- <br />tract for liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride~ for a <br />period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1965o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />requirement contract for the purchase of liquid chlorine, lime <br />and ferric chloride, for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />April 1, 1965 with the lowest and best bidder after advertise- <br />ment according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the pre- <br />amble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members electedto Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approv- <br />al by the Mayor° <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
