RESOLUTION NO. ~ BY: ~$$~$~ ~ ~ <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY. RESOLUTION authorizing ~a~directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of the necessary items of water <br />meters and water meter parts for a period of one (1) year <br />commencing April 1, 1965~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a muni- <br />cipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE tT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a require- <br />ment contract for the purchase of the necessary items of <br />water meters and water meter parts for a period of one (1) <br />year commencing April 1, 1965, with the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 2.
