RESOLUTION NO. BY: <br /> <br /> AN ~ERG~ RESOLUTIO~ authorizing and directing the Direc~o~ <br />of ~blic Works to enter into a contract to pur~ase one (1) Park <br />and Picnic Shelter ~ilding to be erected in Madison Park. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Madison Park is to be improved by the addition of <br />picnic facilities, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a Municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE iT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAK~WOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract to purchase <br />One (1) Park and Picnic Shelter Building, to be erected in Madison <br />Park, with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement accord~ <br />ing to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> P=esident <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
