RESOLUTION NO. ~ BY:~SS~S, ~at~ ~e~oS9~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION repealing Resolutions Nos. 2205 and 2~10 <br />declaring the necessity of improving certain streets in the <br />~City of Lakewood between certain termini. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY T~ CITY OF' LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOG~A- CO~TY, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. ~05, adopted March 15, <br />1965, declaring the necessity of improving, in the City of <br />Lakewood, Cedarwood Avenue from Robinwood Avenue to western <br />terminus and Resolution No. 4~10, adopted March 15, 1965, de- <br />claring the necessity of improving, in the City of Lakewood, <br />Roosevelt Avenue from Madison Avenue to Cedarwood Avenue, be <br />and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
