Bennett, Cain, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4446 BY: Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract or contracts <br />for the purchase of the necessary requirements of valves and <br />pipe fittings for the year 1966 for use in the Division of Water. <br /> <br /> WHERe%S, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public property <br />and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now. therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY 'I~E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF L?~OOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />or contracts for the purchase of the necessary requirements <br />of valves and pipe fittings for the year 1966 for use in the <br />Division of Water, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders <br />after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
