RESOLUTION I~Oo ~$? y.~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Ben R. Bennett for his public service as a <br />Councilman in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, Fir. Bennett, in January, 1964, was appointed to office as <br />Councilman-at-large in the City of lakewoed to fill an unexpired term, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during the two years of his tenure as a Councilman, he <br />evidenced continued interest in the progress and welfare of the community, and, <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, I/r. Bennett, serving as Chairman of the Juvenile Affairs <br />Committee, worked diligently on behalf of the youth of our community, and, <br /> <br /> ~SIEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br />by Mr. Bennett be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI~ClL OF THE CITY OF LARB~COD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Mr. Ben Ro Bennett its <br />appreciation and that of all the citizens of the community for his two <br />years of civic-minded public service as Councilman in the City of Lakewood, <br />and further that this COuncil wishes him continued success in his business <br />endeavors, <br /> <br /> Section 2.
