RESOLUTION NO. 4482 <br /> <br />BY:Messrs. <br /> <br />Usher, Ward, <br />Wendling, Cain, <br />Huffman, Kelley. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Finance bo pay the cost of membership of municipal employees <br />and/or Divisions or Departments in certain associations for the <br />year 1966, and declaring such membership to be in the public <br />interest. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, membership of municipal employees in organ- <br />izations designed to enhance the operation of municipal <br />departments by the exchange of ideas, information and experience <br />inures to the public benefit, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, property, health and safety and for the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
