Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher~ Ward~ <br /> W~ndli~g, Gaydos, <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing'the DirectorCo~ublic <br />Works to enter into a cOntract for the purchase of a Tractor-back <br />hoe-loader for the Department of Public WOrks of the City of Lakewoo~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />in that it provides for the immediate preservation of the public <br />safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation of MuniciPal <br />Department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of pUblic Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts <br />for the purchase of the following equipment: <br /> <br />One Tractor-back hoe-loader <br /> <br />and for the sale or trade-in of present equipment on such new equip- <br />ment with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertise- <br />ment according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immedaite!y upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> Presid~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
