Cain, Gaydos, Huffmsu, <br />Kelley, Usher, Ward & Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of <br />Mr. James S~ Westwater as a member of the Board of Trustees <br />of Lakewood Hospital for the full term beginning January 1~ <br /> <br />1967. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of James S. Westwater <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />full term beginnlngJanuary 1, 1967 is hereby approved in <br />accordance with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon the adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: January6, 1967 <br /> <br />Charles S.
