Ward, ~endliug, Gaydos, <br /> Huifman, Kelley, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride, for a period <br />of one (1) year commencing April la 1967. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of liquid chlorine, lime and ferric <br />chloride, for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, <br />1967 with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement <br />according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor° <br /> <br />March 6f 1967 <br /> <br />Charles S.
