RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />~567 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Gain~ Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> AH EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Public Works to advertise for bids for the construction of a <br />sanitary sewer line and a water line from Detroit Avenue Extension <br />at SCenic Avenue to and connecting with the Sewage Disposal Plant <br />in:ROcky River Valley. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Plans and specifications have been prepared <br />for the aforementioned sanitary s~ver line and water line by the <br />Engineering Department of the City of Lakewood, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is the intention of the City of Lakewood <br />to proceed forthwith with the construction of the aforementioned <br />sewer and water lines and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health and safety and for the usual daily operation of a muni- <br />cipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the con- <br />struction of a sanitary sewer line and water line from Detroit <br />Avenue Extension at Scenic Avenue to and connecting with the <br />Sewage Disposal Plant in Rocky River Valley, in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineering Depart- <br />ment of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the advertisement for said bids <br />shall provide for and require that bids for the construction of <br />said sanitary sewer line and water line shall be in accordance <br />with said plans and specifications and shall state that the City <br />may accept or reject any or all bids. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
