RESOLUTION NO~ 4570 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Huffman, Kelley, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, Cain, Gaydos <br /> <br /> A resolution requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish certificate <br />of maxim~mma%urity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lskewood, Ohio, contemplates <br />issuing $70,000 dE bonds and notes for the purpose of improving certain <br />properties for off street parking of motor vehicles by acquiring real <br />estate, demolishing existing buildings,grading, paving, curbing, lighting, <br />fencing and providing drainage facilities together with the necessary <br />appurtenances thereto and widening Csrabel Avenue in front of such prop- <br />erties by relocating the curb and grading and paving of which $57,566 <br />is proposed to be expended for acquiring real estate; $10,524 for de- <br />molishing existing buildings, grading, paving, curbing, lighting, fencing <br />and providing drainage facilities; and $1,910 for widening Carsbel Avenue <br />by relocating the curb and grading and paving; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Imkewood, Cuyahoge County, Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected <br />thereto concurring: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Fiscal Officer of this City is hereby <br />requested to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property <br />to be acquired and the maximum maturity of the bonds calculated in <br />cordence with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, as <br />well as the maximum m~turity of such notes. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
