RESOL'~TION NO~ AS? 7 <br /> <br />BYe, ~ic~,.;r~, Gaydos, M~ffmmn, <br /> Usher, Ward, ~endllng, Cain. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director <br />of PuOlic Works to enter into a contract for the replacement of <br />'the roof at Fir~ Station No. 2 located at Kenilworth Avenue and <br />De'~ro:it Avenue in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The condition of the deteriorating roof <br />at Fire Station No. 2 located at Kenilworth Avenue and Detroit <br />Avenue in the City of Lakewood requires replacement while <br />weather conditions are favorable, and~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution cons=iuutes an emergency <br />in that it provides for ~le usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now~ therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUI$CIL OF TBE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD~ STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to enuer into a contract <br />fpr the replacement of the roof on Fire Station No. 2~ located at <br />Kenilworth Avenue and Detroit Avenue in the City of Lakewood, with <br />the lowest and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
