Cain, Gaydos, Huffman~ <br /> Kelley, Usher, werd and <br /> Weudling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1968, and authorizing <br />the filing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity <br />of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1968, now, <br />therefore~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LANEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money <br />needed and the necessary expenditures in the various departments <br />of the municipality for the year 1968, be and the same is hereby <br />approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file <br />same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes <br />of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />July 3' 1967 <br /> <br />Charles S.
