RESOLUTION NO. 4650 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1969, and authorizing <br />the filing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity <br />of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1969, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />gection 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the City of LaRewood, showing the amount of money <br />needed and the necessary expenditures in the various departments <br />of the municipality for the year 1969, be and the same is hereby <br />approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to fi~ <br />same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes <br />of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />gection 2.
