RESOLUTION NO. 4657 <br /> <br />Messrs. Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br />Wendliug, Gaydos, Graber, Huffman <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing arid directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement <br />for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating accessory <br />stand at the Winterhurst--Lskewood Municipal Skating Rink for <br />a period of one (1), three (3)~ or five (5) years° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public health <br />and for the usual daily operation of a Municipal Depsrtm~nt; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating <br />Rink, with the highest and best bidder after advertising <br />according to law for an agreement of one (1), three (3), or <br />five (5) years, as may be determined by the Board of Control° <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preambl~e <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all nembers elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor° <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />Robert E.
