RESOLUTION NO. 4694 BY: Messrs. Gaydos,Graberw Huffman~ Kelley, Ward, Usher AW E~E~GENCY RESOLUTION approving the proposed street, to be known as L~ke Point Drive, as shown on the replat plan of Permanent Parcel Number 311-4-6 of Cuyahoga County Records, as approved by the Pla.nning Commission~,in accordance with Section 1701.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewoodt relating to platting and subdividing. WHEREAS, The Planning CommissiOn has approved the final plat of a proposed subdivision of Permanent Parcel Number 311-4-6 of Cuyahoga County Records, and, WI~EREAS, Said final plat includes a new street as shown on said plat, and, WHEREAS~ Said new street and utilities are to be installed at no cost to the Cityw and, WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has submitted said final plat to this Council for its approval pursuant to Section 1701.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1o That the Council hereby approves the proposed street,to be known as Lake Point Drive~ as shown on the replat plan of Permanent Parcel Number 311-4-6 of Cuyahoga County Records, attached hereto and made a pert hereof, subject~ however, to the owner's compliance with the conditions of Sections 1701.08 to 1701.10, inclusive, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood% relating to platting and subdividing. Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and providing it receives the affirmative vote of two- thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
