Gayd~S, Graber, Huffman, <br />Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Public Works to enter into a contract for the purchase of <br />the necessary requirements of gasoline for several depart- <br />ments of the City, for a period of one year, commencing <br />November 1, 1969. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to furnish the several depart- <br />ments of the City with gasoline for the operation of vehicles <br />and motorized equipment, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation or the public pro- <br />perty and for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI~f OF I2~KEWOOD, <br />S~TE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the <br />purchase of the necessary requirements of gasoline for a period <br />of one year, beginning November 1, 1969~ for the several depart- <br />ments of the City, with the lo, vest and best bidder after adverti- <br />s~ent according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
