Gaydos, Graber, Iluffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget <br />Commission aud authorfzing th~ necessary tax levies and certifyiug them to <br />the County Auditor. <br /> <br />WIIE~AS, This Couucil in accordance with the provisions of law has previousqy <br />adopted a tax budget for the ~next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1, <br />1970, and <br /> <br />~tE~AS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified <br />its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County <br />Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and <br />what part thereof is without, and what part is within, the 10 mill tax limita- <br />tion; therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the amounts and rates, as determined by the Budget Commission <br />in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted, <br /> <br />Section 2.
