Gaydos, Graber, Iluffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission aud authorfzing th~ necessary tax levies and certifyiug them to the County Auditor. WIIE~AS, This Couucil in accordance with the provisions of law has previousqy adopted a tax budget for the ~next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1, 1970, and ~tE~AS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof is without, and what part is within, the 10 mill tax limita- tion; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO: Section 1. That the amounts and rates, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted, Section 2.
