Ryan as <br />a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the term ending <br />December 31, 1974. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Lowell D.
