RESOLUTION NO. 4773 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the proposed street <br />to be known as Gold Coast Lane, as shown on the replat plan of <br />Permanent Parcel Number 312-8-23 of Cuyahoga County Records~ <br />as approved by the Planning Commission in accordance with <br />Section 1701.07 of the codified Ordinances of the City of Lake- <br />wood, relating to platting and subdividing. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The P19nning Commission has approved the final <br />plat of a proposed subdivision of Permanent Parcel Number <br />312-8-23 of Cuyahoga County Records, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final plat includes a new street as shown <br />on said plat, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said new street and utilities are to be in- <br />stalled at no cost to the City, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has submitted said <br />final plat to this Council for its approval, pursuant to Section <br />1701.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood; now~ <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council, for recording purposes <br />only, hereby approves the proposed street, to be known as Gold <br />Coast Lane, as shown o~ the replat plan of Permanent Parcel <br />~mber 312-8-23 of Cuyahoga County Records, attached hereto and <br />madp a part hereof, subject, however, to the owner's compliance <br />with the conditions of sections 1701.08 to 1701.10, inclusivea <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating to <br />platting and subdividing. <br /> <br /> Seotion 2. That the adoption of this Resolution and <br />the approvall of the proposed street does not constitute an ac- <br />ceptance or confirmation of the dedication of such'street as a <br />public street. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />he am emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and providing it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor° <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk / <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
