RESOLUTION NO. 4806 BY: Messrs. Huffman, Kelley, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, Gaydos, Graber <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY I~SOLqTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride, for a period of one (1) <br />year, commencing April 1, 1971~ <br /> <br /> W}~REAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TI~ COUNCIL OF T}~ CITY OF LAK~OOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride, for a period <br />of one year commencing April 1, 1971 with the lowest and best bidder, <br />after advertisementn according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />President <br />Clerb~Z <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
