Usher, Ward, Wendling, <br /> Gaydos, Graber, lluffman, Kelley <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter inta a requirement contract for the purchase <br />of the necessary items of water meters and water meter parts for a period <br />of one year, commencing April 1, 1971. <br /> <br /> Wt~REAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T}~ CITY OF I~kK~4OOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of the necessary items of water meters and water meter parts <br />for a period of one (1) year, commencing April 1, 1971, with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />pproved: ~?2:-f~gz~L~c~c~- /~ / <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
