RESOLUTION NO. 4820 BY: Messrs. Ward, Wendling, Gaydos, <br /> Graber, Huffman, Kelley, Usher <br /> <br /> AN Eb~RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to make <br />application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Co~nissioners for approval to <br />use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 license tax funds for participation <br />with the County in the improvement of Warren Road by the necessary grading <br />of the base, resurfacing with asphaltic concrete including the necessary <br />replacement and resetting of castings and the necessary resetting and re- <br />placing of curbs together with necessary appurtenances thereto. <br /> WIMREAS, this Council by two-thirds vote of the members elected <br /> thereto determines that this resolution is an emergency measure which is <br /> necessary for the innnediate preservation of the public peace, property, <br /> health and safety and for the further reason that the improvements herein <br /> provided are immediately necessary to eliminate existing hazards to vehicular <br /> traffic using the streetS of this City; <br /> NOW~ T~P~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, <br /> <br /> SeCtion 1. That it is necessary to improve Warren Road from <br />Franklin Boulevard to Lakewood Heights Boulevard, that the Mayor be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to'make application to the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor <br />Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds for participation with the County in the <br />improvement of Warren Road by the necessary grading of the base, resur~fac- <br />ing with asphaltic concrete including the necessary replacement and re- <br />setting of castings and resetting and replacing the curbs together with <br />the necessary appurtenances thereto. <br /> Section 2. The Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br /> transmit copies of the application together with a certified copy of this <br /> Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga <br /> County Engineer. <br /> Section 3.
