Kelley, Usher, Wsrd, <br /> Weudling, Gaydos, Graber, Huffman <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL OFFICER OF <br />THE CITY OF LAKEW00D TO FURNISH HIS CERTIFICATE <br /> OF MAXIMUM MATURITY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, contemplates <br />issuing $800,000 of bonds for the purpose of modernizing the Lakewood <br />Hospital by remodeling and improving theexisting building and providing <br />equipment and interior construction for an addition thereto; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby <br />requested to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property <br />and the maximum maturity of bonds in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />$366,000 for interior construction in the addition <br /> to Lakewood Hospital -- twenty-five years <br /> (25 years). <br /> <br />$186,000 for remodeling and improving existing buildings <br /> at Lakewood Hospital -- twenty-five years <br /> (25 years). <br /> <br />c. $2~8,000 for equipment to be used in the addition to <br /> Lakewood Hospital -- ten years (10 years). <br /> <br /> Section 2.
