· ESOLUTION NO. 4838 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of S. LeBaron Smith <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital to <br />complete the unexpired term of Jess Ao Bell ending December 31, <br />1971. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of S. LeBaron Smith as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for~ the <br />term ending December 31, 1971 is hereby approved in accordance <br />with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
