Fowerbaugh <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for <br />the term ending December 31, 1975o <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Albert E. Fowerbaugh as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />term ending December 31, 1975 is hereby approved in accordance <br />with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2o That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon the adoption and approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: '4~/~, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
