RESOLUTION NO. 4855 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Kelley, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Usher, Wendling, Brockman, Graber <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of S. LeBaron Smith as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term <br />ending December 31, 1976. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of S. LeBaron Smith as a member <br />of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term ending <br />December 31, 1976 is hereby approved in accordance with Article <br />8ectlon 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
