RESOLUTION NO. 4875 <br /> <br />BY: Messrso Brockman, Graber, Kelley, <br /> Msgnotto, McBride, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to obtain appraisals on <br />property needed by the City for construction of off-street parking facilities. <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure in that it <br />provides for the immediate preservation of the public safety and welfare and for <br />the usual daily operation of a muni~pal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />obtain appraisals of property located at 1338,1342,1346,1350, 1354, 1360, i364,1368,1370 <br />1374 and 1378 Belle Avenue and 1335-37, 1343-45, 1347, 1349-51, 1353, 1357, 1359-61, <br />1365, 1367, 1373, and 1375-77 St. Charles Avenue from an accredited real estate <br />appraiser, said property to be used for the construction of off-street parking <br />facilities. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the DireCtor of Finance is hereby authorized and directed <br />to pay the fee for said appraisals and to charge same to Downtown Lakewood Relief <br />Parking Garage Fund. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the pr~mble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
