RESOLUTION NO. 4877. BY: Messrs. Kelley, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Usher, Brockman, <br /> Graber <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Safety to <br />enter into a contract or contracts for the purchase and installation of a closed <br />circuit television security surveillance system for the Lakewood Municipal Building, <br />12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure in that in <br />provides for the immediate preservation of the public safety and welfare and for <br />the usual daily operation of municipal departments, ~ow, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts for the purchase <br />and installation of a closed circuit television security surveillance system for <br />the Lakewood Municipal Building, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, with the <br />lowest and best bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force irmmediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
