RESOLUTION NO. 4892 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Kelley, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Usher, Wendling, Brockman <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1973, and authorizing <br />the filing of same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity <br />of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1973, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: t <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br />Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money <br />meeded and the necessary expenditures in the various departments <br />o~ the municipality for the year 1973, be and the same is hereby <br />approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same <br />with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the <br />State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2.
