Broct~nan, Grabe <br /> McBrida, Usher, Wendlin~ Magnott <br /> <br /> A~ E~RGENCY P~SOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of <br /> Public Works to enter into a COntract, after approvaI by Coun¢il~ fQr the <br /> design and'construction of the necessary equipment to be installed at the <br /> Lakewood Incinerator for the purpose of cleaning the gasses in accordance <br /> with the Ohio Air Pollution Code. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has determined to proceed with the improve- <br /> ment as set forth in ~he title hereof by contract, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br /> for the ir~nediate preservation of the public health and Safety and for the <br /> usual daily Operation of a municipal department; now, ther~fore, <br /> <br /> OHIO: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section I. That the Director Of Public Works be and he is hereby <br /> authorized to enter into a contract for the design and construct{on of the <br /> necessary equipment to be installed at the Lakewood Incinerator for the <br /> purpose of cleaning the gasses, in accordance with the Ohio Air Pollution <br /> Code~ after advertisement according to law, and Only after approval of such <br /> contract by the~ Council of thR City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
