Irwin <br />as a member of the Lakewood City Planning Commission for the un- <br />expired term ending December 31, 1973. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of James W. Irwin <br />as a member of the Lakewood City Planning Commission, for the un- <br />expired term ending December 31, 1973, is hereby approved in <br />accordance with the provisions of Article XV of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
