<br />I~REAS, the real property hereinafter more fully described is needed for the
<br />purpose of construction of a multi-level municipal parking garage facility, and
<br />
<br />I~{EREAS. this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual
<br />daily operation of a municipal department and for the immediate preservation of
<br />the public peace, property, health and welfare in that the occupants of the
<br />aforementioned parcels of real property have already suffered much uncertainty
<br />for the future and i~ is in the best interest of said occupants and of the City
<br />:hat the aforementioned property be appropriated i~aediately so that there will
<br />be ~o delay in the construction of the multi-level municipal parking garage
<br />and same can be completed simultaneously with the proposed construction of a
<br />~lti-story office building, now, therefore,

<br />~ IT RESOLVED BY TH~ COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE'OF OHIO:

<br />Section 1. That it is deemed necessary and is hereby declared to be the inten-
<br />'t~on of this Council to appropriate the fee simple interest in and :o the premises
<br />hereinafter described for the purpose of constructing thereon a multi-level muni-
<br />cipal parking garage for the City of-Lakewood, Ohio:
