RESOLUTION NO. 4982 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Graber~ <br /> Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Mr. Jay C. <br />Ehle as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital <br />for the full term beginning January 1, 1974. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. Jay C. Ehle <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hosiptal for <br />the full term beginning January 1~ 1974, is hereby approved in <br />accprdance with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br /> Section 2.
