RESOLUTION NO. 4992 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for the purchase <br />of the necessary items of water meters and water meter parts for a period <br />of one year commencing April 1, 1974. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY ~tE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAIIEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of the necessary items of water meters and water meter parts <br />for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1974, with the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> '¢~L ~Pres~dent <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
